Again, the technician was professional, courteous, and corrected the problem very promptly. I've never waited more than an hour to have a team member at my home - that's service! No HVAC service is inexpensive, but I'm certain the prices I've paid for the services I've received were very reasonable.

I also appreciate that Margaret uses her vast experience to assess the problem and try to assist with simple remedies. On a more complex problem, I've also had Chris assist me with a heating issue telephonically. I'm sold - there's no reason to need another HVAC company and I offer my strongest endorsement.”

"Our upstairs AC went out this morning. I called and was greeted by such a nice lady, Margaret I believe. She was very informative and helpful in every step. She reached out to a technician and had Chris on the phone with me within the hour. He was so nice and reassuring that he would come out and get us fixed up. I can’t say enough good things about how great he was from beginning to end. I feel like he was genuinely happy to help and represented his company  well. I haven’t had customer service this good in a very long time! Their prices were very reasonable and their timely response was much appreciated. "Like many other reviewers, I had a wonderful experience working with Margaret and Bill from Virginia Air Heating & Cooling. Our AC unit went out late on a hot Sunday evening, and after a quick search for highly rated HVAC companies we were lucky enough to speak to Margaret who patiently walked us through step by step measures to take to mitigate any further damage and with a stated intent to save us time and expenses while waiting for a technician to arrive the next morning. Margaret truly went above and beyond answering all of my questions and providing calm reassurance, and just all around pleasant and amazing customer service despite being outside of traditional business hours. Bill, the technician, was also excellent - he was on time, and very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and friendly, and he patiently answered our questions and walked us through our options and quickly and carefully got our AC back up and running. "My air conditioner stopped cooling last night. I noticed that the compressor was constantly running. Called Virginia Air first thing this am. Chris arrived at the promised time (10:30) and discovered that the compressor needed to be charged. He thawed the unit, recharged it and restored my system quickly.
